Joanna has worked in the hospitality industry since 1989. For six years she worked in venue sales at Chewton Place in Bristol followed by eight years as Conference Manager for Destination Bristol.

Finding no suitable software to manage the services of the conference desk at Destination Bristol, Joanna embarked on developing something to do the job. In association with Velvet Software Limited Joanna developed the Chaser BUREAU enquiry handling system, now the UK industry standard, and then later developed the ConferenceBOOKINGS on-line accommodation system.

Since 2003 Joanna has worked as an independent consultant and trainer in the hospitality industry.

When not working Joanna likes to indulge in her passions, music, the countryside and dog psychology.
