The British Association of Conference Destinations, in cooperation with Joanna Aspin Consultancy & Training, offers this popular day course created for delegates from destination organisations and conference venues.

The following topics are covered in an interactive and relaxed atmosphere to encourage delegate participation.

Practicalities to be considered for managing the enquiry process
How to influence the result of your sales by educating your colleagues
Things you should know about your product to be able to sell it
How clients from different types of organisations behave
Understanding third party agents and how to work with them
Develope your sales techniques and confidence with clients
How to build and manage your client relationships
Learn strategies to take and keep control of the enquiry

All courses are held in city centre venues generally within easy walking distance of the main railway station. They start at 11am to allow delegates to travel that day and therefore avoid the cost of overnight accommodation, courses finish by 4.30pm.
