This course is designed for small groups (max 14) allowing delegates time to share their experiences within an interactive and relaxed environment.
The aim of the training is to enable personnel dealing with incoming conference enquiries to process these for the maximum conversion.
The course attracts delegates from both conference venues and destination organisations. It is designed specifically to suit personnel that may have been handling conference enquiries for some time but not had any sales training, new starters and those with limited experience in the conference industry.
Prior to the course attendees are asked to complete a short questionnaire about themselves, their current role, experience in the hospitality industry and any issues or areas they would like to discuss within the course.
This course DOES NOT contain any role play!
