Whether you are starting a new conference service or wish to inject new life into an already established product Joanna considers all aspects of your service from the perspectives of personnel supplying the services to the buyers and guests receiving the services.
Prior to any consultancy day Joanna will ask for enough information to allow her to conduct some background research. She understands that all conference organisations are set up and run in different ways, with different means of funding and different measurements of success and she will work within these.
All consultancy days are followed-up (usually within a week) with a document detailing Joanna’s observations and useful suggestions.
