This course is provided on site for venues and will take the delegate forward in developing their client relationships and gaining the confidence to make 'Cold Calls'.

This is 'hands-on' practical training where theory is followed by actual experience on the day allowing Joanna to give feedback and support as delegates make 'live' cold calls.
