Joanna Aspin has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. She worked in venue sales and destination management before becoming a trainer and consultant in 2003.
Today Joanna offers bespoke training and consultancy to a range of different organisations within the hospitality industry, she is an associate trainer for MG Sales Performance and ICS Training and Development and is an assessor for AIM (Accreditation in meetings).
